Rules for using the gift voucher

• Gift vouchers entitle you to use the specified service or choose services for the amount specified on the gift voucher.
• Gift vouchers are not valid for cosmetics and other goods sold in the clinic.
• Gift vouchers are not valid for nail and hair treatments.
• If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the resulting difference can be paid in cash or by bank card.
• If the Gift Voucher holder purchases services for a lower amount than specified in the Gift Voucher, the remaining amount will not be returned to the Gift Voucher holder.
• The quarantine period is deducted from the coupon’s expiration date.
• The amount of money specified in the gift voucher can be used several times.
• Damaged, lost or otherwise lost gift vouchers are not exchanged for new ones.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Both paper and electronic Gift Voucher (printed) must be presented to the administrator upon arrival at the clinic.
• Pre-registration is required before arriving for procedures.
• Promotions are not valid when paying with gift vouchers, if the gift voucher was purchased with a discount.
• We issue invoices. We can send the gift voucher by email or regular mail.
